We have had some cool changes here at the Art Hus. Please come by and check it out! 
We have added Sukey Buchanan, mixed media and fiber artist, to the line up. She should be familiar to you all ....she has been a secondary artist until now. And a big welcome to Marianne Muldowney-Hofmannn an excellent painter.   She is featuring her trompe l'oeil furniture and table pieces.


There new things everyday but I will just show you a peek....

Mary Price brought in a fresh batch of  feather earrings and I saw Colleen Darling working on some of her high sought after pin cushions....

Ceramics Demonstration at Art Hus!

On July 18th, enjoy a fun and creative experience at Solvang’s artist collective, the Art Hus. Seasoned and local artists will be there to help mom, dad, the kids, the friends, and even the grandparents learn how to mold, shape, and create beautiful ceramic artwork.

The fun will be from noon to 2 pm. Located at 475 First Street #2, not far from Solvang Park. Their hours of operation are 11 am to 5 pm daily, and if you have any questions, feel free to call at (805) 686-1892.

Lisa Smith is our demo-ing artist.  She is a great craftsman with great designs for her pieces, many that are pet oriented.  Come by and see what she is doing. Also the shop is offering 20% off on all greeting cards.
